I value each customer who purchases Mettaville’s items for themselves or loved ones. It is a joy to be able to create these items in my home studio in Auckland, New Zealand. I appreciate that you support my handmade business. I ship via New Zealand postal service and rarely have any issues with items arriving safely to their new homes. The following information will be helpful to you as you consider placing your order.
New Zealand orders: 3-14 business days
International orders: 1-8 weeks
For Domestic and International orders, I use NZ Post with NO tracking services, this is to keep the cost down. If you would like to upgrade to CourierPost (Domestic), International Courier or International Express Courier for tracking, please get in touch for a quote for your shipping.
Buyers are responsible for any customs/VAT and import taxes that may apply.
Combined shipping. When you purchase more than one item to a single address, I combine shipping whenever possible. Any overestimated shipping above NZD2 will be refunded. If however, the cost of combined shipping is underestimated, any amount above NZD5, I shall contact you beforehand to check if you are willing to pay the excess amount before going ahead with the shipping process.
Sending as a gift? I love helping you send one of my items as a gift. All Mettaville’s items are gift wrapped ready in a simple and minimal nature, I do my best to be kind to the earth. Just send me a note and let me know what short gift message you would like to include. If you are sending to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Secure payments through Paypal. My shop never receives your credit card information.
Returns & exchanges
My wish is for you to love your item, if for some reason you are unhappy with it, I’m happy to work with you on a return or exchange. Please contact me first within 30 days, and before returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must arrive in the same condition they were sent out in. I don’t accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
